Airport Pick Up

We provide professional pick up and transfer service from Ukrainian airports to different Ukrainian cities. Below you can find description and cost of pick up service for different Ukrainian cities. We use only professional drivers and good cars. Some of the drivers speak English or local agencies provide a translator for your trip from the airport. The drop off service is available for the same price.

Kiev:

Borispol Airport pick up and transfer to the place of your stay in Kiev – 45 euros.

Our driver accompanied with one of our translators will pick you from the airport on Chevrolet (lacetti) car, equipped with air conditioner. He will be waiting for you at the information desk holding the card with your name. Also we will help you to settle matters with air company in case of luggage lost. The driver will take you to your hotel/apartment/agency in Kiev. it is about 40 minute drive so our translator will have some time to give you some info about Kiev while riding through the city.

Kharkov:

Kharkov airport pick up and transfer to the place of your stay in Kharkov – 13 euros.

Our English-speaking driver will wait for you in Kharkov airport near arrival gates with the badge with your name and surname. The driver will help you to bring your luggage and take you to the place of your stay (hotel or rental apartment). On the way to the place of your stay the driver will give you a short description of Kharkov and show you some interesting and important places.

Borispol Airport (Kiev) pick up and transfer to Kharkov – 155 euros.

Our English-speaking driver will wait for you in Borispol International airport near arrival gates with the badge with your name and surname. The driver will help you to bring your luggage and take you to the place of your stay (hotel or rental apartment) in Kharkov. It will take you 5 hours to get to Kharkov by car. All drivers are very experienced and you will really enjoy the way to Kharkov. On the way to Kharkov the driver will give you the description of Kharkov and show you some interesting and important places. Also you may enjoy Ukrainian nature. You may stay at small village cafes, have some coffee or eat.

Sumy:

Borispol Airport (Kiev) pick up and transfer to Sumy - 100 euros.

Picking up service in Borispol airport and driving client to Sumy (to his apartment, office, hotel etc.). Our driver will pick you up at the Borsipol airport. He will have a sign with your name printed. The trip to Sumy takes 4 hours (350 km). This service is available 7 days/24 hours.

Kharkov airport pick up and transfer to Sumy – 75 euros.

Picking up service in Kharkov airport and driving client to Sumy (to his apartment, office, hotel etc.). Our driver will pick you up at Kharkov airport. He will have a sign with your name printed. The trip to Sumy takes 2,5 hours (200 km). This service is available 7 days/24 hours.

Poltava:

Borispol Airport (Kiev) pick up and transfer to Poltava – 125 euros.

Transfer from Borispol airport, Kiev to Poltava (340 km) with an English speaking manager and chosen lady at the client`s request.

Kharkov airport pick up and transfer to Poltava - 75 euros.

Transfer from Kharkov airport to Poltava with English speaking manager and chosen lady upon at the client`s request.

Dnepropetrovsk:

Dnepropetrovsk airport pick up and transfer to the place of your stay in Dnepropetrovsk – 25 euros.

Quick and safe transfer to Dnepropetrovsk Airport by the English-speaking driver. The service is not limited to the transfer to the airport. The person responsible for seeing the client off will make sure the client has successfully passed customs, and passport control. It should be added that the client could invite his lady to see him off at the airport.

Borispol Airport (Kiev) pick up and transfer to Dnepropetrovsk – 250 euros.

In case a client is arriving at Kiev but not Dnepropetrovsk airport, he may benefit from this service, entailing the pick up from the airport, transportation to the destination city, and the drop off at the place of lodging. The transportation to Dnepropetrovsk will take approximately 4 hours, and the car is equipped with air conditioning and heating to make the transportation relaxing and enjoying in either summer or winter. Once the car reaches Dnepropetrovsk the client will be able to make any necessary stops at the supermarkets, grocery stores, post offices, or any other place needed. In case of the baggage loss the agency will make all the necessary arrangements for its quick and safe return.

Our driver will meet you in the airport and bring you to the place of your lodging in Nikolaev. The reverse procedure could be performed on your way back home.

Mariupol:

Donetsk airport pick up and transfer to the place of your stay in Mariupol – 65 euros.

Our driver will meet you in Donetsk airport upon your arrival with your name sign and will take you to the office of the Agency or directly to the hotel/apartment. We have an experienced driver and a comfortable car with air-condition.

Odessa:

Odessa airport pick up and transfer to the place of your stay in Odessa – 20 euros.

Our English speaking driver will meet you with a sheet of paper with your name on it and take you to the Hotel or apartment. A car that we normally use is a new OPEL Nubira, with airconditioner. Trip takes abound 30 minutes.

Lugansk:

Donetsk airport pick up and transfer to the place of your stay in Lugansk - 138 euros.
